Al Markaz Law Firm's banking and finance department includes among its portfolio of clients both local and international banks, funds, investors, and a spectrum of financial companies. The team is often retained to advise on a range of regulatory and transactional matters that encompass Kuwait, the GCC, and international jurisdictions, and it also supports clients with project financing, Islamic financial products, and conventional facilities and loans. Ayman Nada leads the team and works closely with Mohammad Ramadan and Nazih Hameed on infrastructure-based financings, as well as debt restructurings and other transactional mandates.
