The banking, finance, and capital markets department at MMAN Advocates leverages its position as a member of the Eversheds Sutherland Africa network to advise clients on a broad spectrum of cross-border regional and international transactions, including finance leases, syndicated loans, and capital facilities, as well as regulatory queries. Judy Kabubu heads the team, and brings over 13 years of experience in banking and securitisation mandates, while founding partner Waringa Njonjo is often retained in domestic and cross-border transactions, including financings, syndications, and sell-downs. Suzanne Muthaura and Carole Ayugi are also key members of the team.
