Alongside him, Simon Gould advises on AML compliance, while Sarah Huelin is sought after for corporate restructurings and redomiciliations, including by way of court-approved schemes of arrangement. Holly Moore, who joined the firm from Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP’s London office in April 2024, specialises in accompanying clients through regulatory investigations and advising them on the potential exposure.
