The practice is led by Simon Thomas, who is regularly instructed by the Attorney General on complex criminal proceedings, and William Redgrave, who also acts as both prosecution and defence counsel in money laundering matters. Thomas notably secured Jersey’s first ever deferred prosecution agreement in 2024, arising out of alleged failures in a client’s AML processes, while Redgrave is well versed in sanctions-related matters and asset tracing efforts.
