Collas Crill is instructed by both investors and developers across the spectrum of commercial property challenges, advising clients from the construction stage through to the final sale of completed projects. In addition, the team frequently assists property owners and lessors on leasing and sub-leasing arrangements, respectively. Heading the team is Martin Le Boutillier, who handles both the financing of real estate transactions and the deals themselves, handling both acquisitions and disposals of St Helier properties. Pamela Doherty acts for a number of Jersey-based developers across the lifespan of their projects, and is also well versed in commercial property investments and portfolio transactions.
