
Viberts acts for a client base consisting of public bodies and financial services companies, advising them on the purchase of both land plots for development, offices and the lease of new facilities in Jersey. Paul Harben heads the team, working on transactions for the spectrum of commercial properties in Jersey and also handling landlord and tenant matters. Emily Paris-Hunter, who made managing associate in February 2025, is well versed in overseeing large commercial property deals, while also working on planning and development matters.
