Bedell Cristin handles both transactional and development work across Jersey and the UK, advising both finance providers and developers on the construction and sale of high-end commercial properties in London and St Helier. Hannah Robinson, made partner in January 2026, is well versed in residential development and landlord and tenant matters, in addition to assisting asset managers with the ongoing management of their portfolios. Jeff O’Boyle departed the firm in March 2026.

Acted for C. Le Masurier & LMN Investments Limited on a regeneration project that will transform the centre of St. Helier and include a lease of a 110 room premium hotel to Staycity.
Acted as sole adviser on all of Andium Homes' sales of residential accommodation.
