
Ogier is the first port of call for a number of notable asset managers requiring assistance with the structuring of Jersey-domiciled funds, also overseeing fund migrations into the jurisdiction and advising on fundraising efforts for clients ranging from private equity to VC, hedge and real estate funds. Niamh Lalor heads the group, with a practice covering AIFMD and other regulations governing the operation of funds, fund structuring and capital raising. Emily Haithwaite is a private equity specialist, assisting clients from launch to liquidation, while Sophie Reguengo assists real estate-focused funds with both structuring and transactional matters. In addition to advising fund managers on regulatory issues, Matt McManus is able to oversee the structuring of co-investment structures and joint ventures. Alexandra O’Grady, who made partner in June 2025, has expertise in helping with the launch of both closed and open-ended investment structures.
