Viberts

Viberts takes instructions from senior employees, unions and employers across a variety of matters, from bringing or defending discrimination or unfair dismissal, to disputes stemming from restrictive covenants, and guiding businesses through their entry into the Jersey market. The team is helmed by Vicky Milner, who handles both initial Employment Tribunals and Royal Court appeals in claims of discrimination and psychiatric injuries suffered in the workplace. Rebecca De Freitas qualified as a Jersey Advocate in December 2025 and is able to assist parties in unfair and constructive dismissal claims, in addition to advising employers on exiting senior staff.
