Harneys entered the Jersey market in July 2025, with Nicola Roberts returning to the Bailiwick from the firm’s Singapore office to chair its new Jersey offering, joined by Chai Ridgers, the firm’s global restructuring lead. Roberts is particularly adept at overseeing multi-jurisdictional trust disputes, and also maintains a niche in disputes stemming from the misappropriation of digital assets.
