Dickinson Gleeson takes instructions from trustees, HNW settlors, and beneficiaries across the spectrum of trust disputes, ranging from applications to vary trusts or remove trustees, to the restructuring of insolvent trusts. The team is also called upon for commercial and construction disputes. Heading the team are founding partners James Dickinson and James Gleeson, both of whom offer decades of experience in trust disputes, while also handling shareholder, insolvency and asset tracing matters. Guillaume Staal also handles a mixed caseload of trust and commercial disputes, representing clients in breach of duty matters, freezing and disclosure order proceedings and enforcement issues. Jonathan Barham departed the firm in September 2024.
