Viberts is able to oversee both Jersey-based deals and those either initiated by or targeting foreign businesses with Jersey structures, and is also frequently tasked with restructuring companies, either for strategic purposes or in the event of financial distress. Paul Wilson heads up the team, handling regulated sector M&A and also advising in the event of insolvencies. Oliver Hughes combines expertise in both corporate and financing deals, and was admitted as Jersey Advocate in December 2025.
