Mourant acts for a raft of private equity houses engaged in acquisitions and disposals across a range of sectors, including real estate, retail and technology, while also overseeing public transactions and accompanying clients through restructuring processes. Heading the team are Gareth Rigby, who is well versed in downstream private equity and real estate deals, and Jon Woolrich, who advises on corporate structuring mandates in addition to his transactional practice.
