The practice is headed by Takamitsu Shigetomi who specialises in IP licensing and litigation across diverse technical fields, including pharma, biotech, chemistry, mechanical and electrical engineering, and software. Ayaka Sugino handles both domestic and international IP disputes and transactions, with experience spanning trade marks, copyrights, design patents, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
