Italian and international banks, institutional investors, corporations and financial creditors regularly turn to the restructuring and insolvency team at K&L Gates for advice on a wide range of matters. The team is led by Fabrizio Dotti, who has significant experience in supporting clients with debt restructurings and insolvency matters.
