Specialising in debt restructuring, the restructuring and insolvency team at EY is experienced in supporting both domestic and international clients, and is also equipped to handle insolvency proceedings and distressed assets. Marco Nazareno Mizzau leads the practice and is knowledgeable about the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency, as well as business restructuring law. Angelo Ciro del Duca departed the firm in July 2025.
