The product of a 2024 merger between Gattai, Minoli, Partners and Pedersoli, PedersoliGattai houses an IP department that is particularly active in innovative sectors and is regularly sought out by clients in tech-based industries for assistance with matters involving AI, NFT sales, software, blockchain, and cybersecurity, as well as by entities in the media, fashion, and finance sectors. The team is equipped to advise on hard and soft IP matters, notably contentious work, copyrights, IP aspects of M&A transactions, and commercial agreements. ‘Very intelligent professional’ Licia Garotti leads the team.
