Assisted Continental AG with the execution of an agreement with Mutares SE & Co. KGaA to sell through a share deal the production plant and R&D centre for hydraulic drum brakes located in Cairo Montenotte, Savona, Italy.
Assisted a client with the acquisition of the entire share capital of Brutti Lorenzo S.r.l., a Verona-based company that has been in the plant engineering and technical services business for 40 years, specialising in electrical installations and facility management.
