The practice is co-led by Andrea Messuti, who has extensive experience advising issuers and investment banks on capital increases and takeover bids, and Benedetto Lonato, who is well-versed in both domestic and cross-border deals, including carve-outs, joint ventures, LBOs, and a wide range of securities offerings.
