A wide spectrum of transactions for lenders and arrangers are entrusted to the banking and finance offering at Clifford Chance. Giuseppe De Palma, who boasts experience in real estate finance, restructuring, and leveraged, acquisition and export finance, co-leads the group alongside Charles Adams, who handles cross-border syndicated lending, project finance and leveraged finance transactions. Gianluca Fanti advises banks and alternative funds on banking, debt restructuring and lending matters, as well as advising on transactions collateralised by esoteric asset classes. Other team members include key infrastructure finance contact Chiara Commis, real estate specialist Paolo Ballerini, and Filippo Tassoni, who focuses on publicly supported finance transactions. Giuseppe Barra Caracciolo is experienced with securitisation structures. Ferdinando Poscio departed in June 2025.
