Banks, private credit providers and other lenders trust White & Case (Europe) LLP to advise on an array of debt financing products, from leveraged finance and LBOs to export, mezzanine and hybrid debt financing. The group is also sought out for guidance on sustainability-linked loans and acquisition finance, as well as financing for projects, infrastructure and utilities. Practice co-head Stefano Bellani is well-versed across leveraged finance, private investments, preferred equity, warrants, high-yield bonds and project finance. Fellow co-head Francesco Scebba handles securitisations and special situations, deals involving public entities, and distressed transactions. Luca Maffia, who has a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, joined from A&O Shearman in September 2025.
