Assisted two pools of lenders in two facilities agreements (junior HoldCo financing and senior financing) granted to partially support the payment of the takeover bid on Salcef Group’s ordinary shares, aimed at the delisting of Salcef Group S.p.A. from the Euronext Star Milan, promoted by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and Finhold.
Assisted a pool of financial institutions and SACE S.p.A. in the financing of approximately EUR 32 million granted to Neutalia S.r.l. for the financing of, among others, the revamping costs of a waste-to-energy power plant located in the Municipality of Busto Arsizio, Lombardy Region, Italy.
Assisted UniCredit S.p.A. in the financing for an amount equal to approximately EUR 60 million granted to PLT REs S.r.l. for the financing of, among others, the construction and development costs of a portfolio, divided into two clusters and with an aggregate power capacity of approximately 68 MW, composed of 11 photovoltaic projects to be developed in Italy.
