Representing TIM in an application of the state liability for judicial breaches of EU Law, in which the Court of Appeal of Rome ruled against the Italian state, finding it liable to restore damages of approximately €1bn in total to TIM for the violation of EU Law committed by its Council of State in rejecting an appeal by TIM.
