Assisted the North Central Adriatic Seaport System Authority (Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Adriatico centro settentrionale) in the project finance procedure for the realization of an in-shore photovoltaic plant in Italy, with an overall investments value of €100 million, and in the construction of a re-gasification plant off the coast of Ravenna, with an overall investment value of 216 € million.

(now Principia S.p.A.), a public company which manages real estate assets including former Milan EXPO 2015 areas, in the region of Lombardy, in the process of promotion and redevelopment projects, in relation to administrative proceedings, public procurement proceedings and execution of public agreements.
