Meir Linzen leads the team, and boasts over 40 years’ experience in the practice area. Linzen’s practice includes international M&A, and cross-border tax planning. Guy Katz, who is deputy head of the team, has expertise in private client tax, while Yuval Navot is active in numerous significant M&A and capital markets transactions.
