Shibolet & Co. contributes experience across the spectrum of real estate law, with an emphasis on urban renewal projects, land acquisitions, combination transactions and financings. The team is predominantly active on behalf of construction companies and developers, while it also acts for lenders, property owners and public sector entities. Key partners include Michal Gottesman-Barak, who handled a string of urban renewal projects during 2023/24; Ofer Zuzovsky, whose practice spans all aspects of real estate projects, including construction and asset sales; Yair Salomon, who specialises in representing municipalities; and Eran Balint, who handles contentious and transactional matters.
