During 2023/24, Gornitzky & Co.’s infrastructure group was particularly active on behalf of key clients OPC Energy and Dan Public Transportation. Outside of the energy and public transport spheres, the team also acted for participants in road, water and healthcare projects — including advising on secondary market transactions. The department is co-led by Itay Geffen, who specialises in project finance, infrastructure and energy; Ronit Rozenstein-Barel, who contributes extensive experience in tenders and project finance; and Yiftah Farber, whose broad practice spans infrastructure, project finance, transport and leisure-related matters.
