The ‘very capable’ team at Herzog Fox & Neeman is increasingly ’well connected in international arbitration circles’ following a number of notable hires in recent years – the most recent being Shai Sharvit from Gornitzky & Co. in April 2025. ‘A great strategic thinker with strong advocacy skills’, Sharvit further enhances the team’s ability to handle commercial matters, with expertise acting in construction, infrastructure and corporate disputes under the rules of all major arbitral institutions. His arrival follows the 2023 recruitment of international arbitration ’powerhouse’ Roy Schondorf, who brings significant capability in investor-state matters. Schondorf heads the team that also includes the ‘exceptionally bright and business-oriented’ Joseph Ashkenazi, and the ’incredibly smart’ Yotam Blaushild.

Acting for Ofer Levin in multiple multi-jurisdictional proceedings relating to setting aside proceedings of a $40m award in addition to the stay of a $90m counterclaim filed by Mr. Levin, based on cyber-hack evidence; proceedings were initiated and managed in Israel and the US, where a sec. 1782 application was successful.
