Work highlights

Advising RWE Renewables on the development consent applications for the Dublin Array offshore wind farm project.
Advising the Department of Climate, Energy and Environment on the South Coast Designated Maritime Area Plan, which was successfully adopted by resolution of both Houses of the Oireachtas in late 2024 and was not the subject of any application for judicial review.
