The team at William Fry LLP is adept at advising clients across a wide range of pensions and incentives matters. Ian Devlin, who spearheads the pensions practice, has a wealth of experience in advising companies, regulatory bodies and pension scheme trustees on liability management and scheme restructurings, mergers and wind ups. Ciara McLoughlin is well-placed to advise on the establishment and management of occupational pension schemes. The incentives offering is led by Carol Eager, who regularly advises on the design and implementation of incentives arrangements, in both general advisory work and as part of corporate transactions.
