William Fry LLP has a longstanding presence in corporate and regulatory insurance matters, including insurtech, ESG and sustainable finance, along with more traditional M&A transactions and portfolio transfers. It has remains active in large-scale M&A transactions and establishments of new insurance and insurance-related businesses, and continues to be noted for coverage disputes and other insurance claims. Eoin Caulfield leads the insurance and reinsurance department and has a primary focus on transactions and regulatory issues, as does Ian Murray. Paul Convery  is a senior litigator with a background in insurance claims and coverage disputes. Immensely experienced senior consultant John Larkin provides additional gravitas to the department.
