Acted for Exponent regarding the merger notifications to the CCPC of its acquisition of Chanelle Pharma and its acquisition of Ethos Engineering.
Acting for MAN SE and MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH in relation to a large follow-on damages action in the Irish Court as a result of the European Commission's decision to find that there had been a cartel among a number of truck companies in breach of Article 101(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
Acted for Dalata Hotel group in two high-profile transactions: a €1.4bn bid for Dalata plc, and obtaining Irish merger control approval for Dalata’s €83m acquisition of the 229-bedroom Radisson Blu Hotel at Dublin Airport.
