Winston Taylor is active in structuring complex financing arrangements, fund finance, and advising new entrants into the Irish commercial real estate market on both the lending and investment sides. The team is led by Libby Garvey, who advises a broad range of Irish and international banks on a variety of debt-related matters, including bilateral and syndicated corporate facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, and loan portfolio sales and investments.
