The team is jointly spearheaded by Ira A Eddymurthy, who is active in the healthcare, automotive and engineering sectors, and Rusmaini Lenggogeni, who frequently prepares mandatory tender offers for foreign clients. Fransiscus Rodyanto is often required to prepare the white book and various other transaction documents for the Ministry of Finance.
