Advised American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) on the proposed sale of 100% of the equity interests in ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited, as held by ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.,a subsidiary entity of ATC, to Data infrastructure Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust sponsored by an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management (“Brookfield”).
Advised Zomato in relation to its acquisition of Paytm’s entertainment ticketing business to discover and purchase tickets for movies, sports and events (live performances) for INR2048 Crores (subject to certain commercially agreed adjustments).
