The practice is led by a quartet of partners: managing partner Cyril Shroff; Arun Prabhu; Anu Tiwari; and Aarushi Jain. Based out of Bangalore and Mumbai, Prabhu heads the technology practice and advises banking, insurance, healthcare, and internet clients on large-scale tech acquisitions and investments. Jain leads the media, education and gaming practice and advises clients on sponsorships, licensing and brand endorsements, while Tiwari acts for emerging tech companies in transactional and regulatory matters.
