Operating predominantly out of London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi, Clifford Chance LLP‘s India practice was recently bolstered with the hire of Jamie McLaren in Singapore, who joined from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP in 2024. McLaren jointly leads the India practice with Nigel Wellings who focuses on clean energy and infrastructure transactions, and Abu Dhabi-based Jason Mendens who excels in Middle East and India corridor M&A, international joint ventures, capital raising and structured finance transactions. Recent highlights include acting for global investment firms on a range of merger and corporate restructuring transactions.
