Nishith Desai Associates‘s litigation offering is retained by clients requiring expertise in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes, and includes clients from the healthcare, financial, and tech industries, among others. Vyapak Desai and Alipak Banerjee jointly lead the Mumbai and Delhi offices respectively, with the former often advising on commercial, constitutional, and criminal matters in the TMT, healthcare, and infrastructure industries, while the latter is experienced in advising clients at the appellate level, including before the  Supreme Court. Mohammad Kamran is also a key member of the team, and leads the international disputes and investigations department.
