Solaris Legal‘s arbitration practice handles a broad range of mandates from the insurance, retail, energy, infrastructure and a number of other regulated sectors in various consumer, product, contract, and recovery disputes. The New Delhi-based team is jointly led by its senior partners, which include Debarshi Dutta and Mrinal Ojha, who are both often called upon to advise on domestic and international arbitration matters, along with Trinath Tadakamalla, a port of call for regulatory and insurance disputes.
