King, Stubb & Kasiva‘s corporate and M&A department is adept at handling a range of transactions both domestically and internationally. The group regularly advises tech, venture capital funds, and IT businesses on M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures, as well as management buyouts, commercial agreements, and transaction structuring. Heading up the team in New Delhi are Rajesh Sivaswamy, Sindhuja Kashyap, and Vatsal Gaur, while in Bangalore, Aurelia Menenzes, Vivek Boray, and Niveditha Bhardwaj co-lead the department.
