Phoenix Legal's antitrust and competition capabilities have been bolstered by the arrival of practice head Kunal Mehra from DSK Legal in June 2025. He brings with him considerable experience advising on merger control, cartel enforcement, and abuse of dominance allegations, as well as designing and implementing compliance programmes. The group at large is adept at leading on high-value mandates, both domestically and internationally, which continues to attract new, notable clients from the healthcare and oil and gas sectors.
