KPMG Law in Iceland handles commercial, corporate, and M&A transactions, and has ‘a broad and practical knowledge of everything that relates to setting up, growing, and operating a company’. The practice is jointly led by Jónas Rafn Tómasson, who focuses on the intersection of corporate and tax law and advises on significant M&A, competition issues, and private equity matters; and Ásgeir Skorri Thoroddsen, who advises companies engaged in international operations, investors, and shareholders on acquisitions, mergers, and financial activities.
