The team, led by experienced M&A specialist Gábor Gelencsér, covers local and cross-border matters on both buyer and seller side mandates. Ákos Nagy focuses on commercial and infrastructure projects, while new hire László Palócz, who joined in January 2025, handles acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures in real estate, energy, and finance. Other key team members include Áron Barta, who advises on capital market transactions, Kármen Csenge Koller, who assists with corporate law matters, and Gergley Simon Lipták, who represents private and public limited companies.
