LYNX provides territorial coverage across Central and Eastern Europe, advising mid-cap M&A deals with an increase in distressed M&A and intra-group restructuring work for a range of industry clients. The team is led by Jan. Burmeister, who advises on transnational M&A deals, and investment arbitration. Richárd Bódis is an expert in greenfield and brownfield projects, while Gábor Jánoshalmi specialises in distressed M&A processes, assisting clients with restructuring and insolvency matters. Another key member is Bertalan Molnár, who advises on the acquisition of semi- to fully developed - projects in the renewable sector.
