The private client and tax and family and matrimonial teams at Withers are headed up by Katie Graves and Jocelyn Tsao respectively. Between them, the teams cover a wide range of wealth issues, including tax, succession planning, immigration, matrimonial matters, mental incapacity and contentious trusts and estates. Graves specialises in the establishment of private trust company structures, while Tsao has a particular focus on cases involving child custody, care and control.
