The team is noted for its strength and depth, with leading expertise across contentious and non-contentious mandates. Paul Sephton co-heads the practice and is widely recognised for his expertise across the full spectrum of banking and debt finance. Fellow co-head Maggie Kwok leads on fund formation mandates, guiding clients from structuring and investment strategy through to launch. Paula Kay adds further leadership strength, while Ian Mann is central to the firm’s cross-border litigation offering. Raymond Ng maintains a busy practice focused on private equity transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and IPOs.
