- Advised Sunac China Holdings Ltd on the successful restructuring of its US$10.2 billion offshore debt.
- Advised Chindata Group Holdings Limited on its take-private transaction. The transaction, which completed on 18 December 2023, implied an equity value of approximately US$3.16 billion.
