Under the leadership of the ‘highly experienced and knowledgeable’ Stephanie Chiu, Freshfields provides ’practical solutions’ to large institutional firmwide clients, including many within the financial services and asset management sectors. Although the team handles a considerable amount of standalone advisory work, many of the matters are handled in collaboration with the firm’s M&A and capital markets teams, including as it relates to the establishment of equity incentives for companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
