As well as handling some matters for local entities, much of Lam’s workflow originates from international clients seeking to acquire, exploit and enforce their IPR throughout Greater China. Qualified in multiple jurisdictions, including China and the UK, Sum Lam is the main contact for patent matters, and is a key member of the team that also includes Koon-yiu Tse, who is particularly well-versed at handling commercial and transactional IP matters.
