Consortium Legal maintains a prominent disputes practice in Honduras, anchored by a well-established three-partner team that handles a wide spectrum of contentious matters, including civil, commercial and administrative litigation and arbitration. Drawing on the strength of the firm’s Central American network and longstanding collaboration with international firms, the group regularly takes the lead on cross-border proceedings, particularly those involving high-stakes disputes over agency and distribution agreements. Practice co-head Ulises Mejía, a seasoned litigator with nearly three decades of experience, is widely recognised for his arbitration credentials. He and fellow team leader Gustavo León-Gómez are both accredited arbitrators before the Inter-American Commission of Commercial Arbitration (CIAC), bringing added authority to the team’s offering.
